How Does It Work?

Use our Lab Locator to select from over 1000 locations nation-wide - there may be one right down the street from you!
Select A Panel
Our test panels have been specifically selected to address the criterion drawn upon by insuring agencies. Select from either our Men's or Women's Standard Panels or our Men's or Women's Diabetic Panels.
You will receive your Lab Requisition form within 2 business days along with any fasting instructions specific to your test.
Visit a Lab Testing Facility
Simply show up to the draw center and hand your Lab Requisition to the lab technician and they will do the rest! All other paperwork has been processed prior to your visit.
Receive Your Results
Your results will be available within 10 business days of your blood draw. You results will be transmitted using our secure messaging service. Safely receive, view, and store your results with our HIPAA-compliant system. We will NEVER submit your results to a 3rd party.
Understanding Your Results
Use our Sample Results, Health Guides, and Online Resources to better understand your results. We have also negotiated preferential pricing on leading nutraceutical products for our clients.
With proper diet, exercise, and supplementation you may be able to remove flags from your results and avoid being locked into a costly "Rated" policy.
